Ordering Process

Q. How do I order signs?
You can order signs online, by phone at 716-882-8811, or fax your order to 1-877-261-7384. Ordering online is secure and allows us to get started with you order the quickest.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. You can also pay by check. Checks should be payable to and mailed to:, 1352 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14211.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
For orders comprised of just stock items, we charge you card, in full, the day your order ships. If you order has custom printed items, we charge 50% the day that you approve your proof and 50% when your order ships.

Q. Do I need a credit card to order online?
No. You can select "pay by check" when checking out and we will contact you after sending you a confirmation for your payment information.

Q. What is your turn around time?
We will send you a layout and order confirmation within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we have your approval of the artwork, it takes two weeks to produce custom signs.

Q. Can I order less than 12?
Yes, we are now able to produce orders in smaller quantities. We will be updating our ordering system to allow for quantities as low as one sign. Meanwhile you can call us at 1-877-261-7384 for pricing.

Artwork Design

Q. How do I send my artwork or photo?
During the checkout process you can upload your artwork/photo or email it to Be sure to include your Company name, office address and office telephone number in the body of your email.

Q. What design applications do you accept?
We accept: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw, and Microsoft Word.

Q. What file format do we accept?
We accept TIFF, PDF, JPEG, PSD, and EPS file types as well as the native filetypes from our accepted applications (PSD, AI, IND, CDR and DOC).

We prefer to work with vector (outline) graphic files because they are resolution independent (we can scale up these images without loss of quality). This is the best format to send sign graphics to us, we generally don't have to alter your artwork, although we will perform prepress work (trapping, color separation, etc.). It's important to understand that most vector graphic programs include bitmap graphics or effects, these are not vector graphics. A Vector graphic only contains outlines. We will accept files in the following vector graphics formats: AI, EPS and CDR

Q. Can I use images from the Internet?
Images from the Internet are generally 72 dpi and in GIF or JPEG format. These pictures do not provide a high quality image for printing. These images would appear fuzzy and dull if printed by us.

Q. What is bleed?
Bleed means that an extra 1/8" of image extends beyond the trim area of your sign. It is generally not recommended, as our standard " white edge adds contrast to a variety of outdoor backgrounds. Bleeds can increase cost, depending on size and printed process.

Q. Can I submit a photograph to be included in my design?
Yes. Email us at and include it with your order. We recommend that you send us the highest quality possible. 150-300 dpi at actual size the photo is to be printed on your signs works well.

Q. Will I get to see a proof?
Yes. Every custom order will have a proof emailed and faxed to you that you will have to approve before we start the production of the order.

General Questions

Q. How do I recover a lost password?
If you lost your password, you can call us at 716-882-8811 and we can give you the password or reset it for you.

Q. How long will the signs last?
Our signs are printed with automotive quality pigments. Most of our customers get two to three years of use.

Q. Do you print on any other materials?
No, we firmly believe that printing on Reprocor is the wisest choice because it is weather resistant, waterproof, fade resistant, and lightweight (which saves on shipping costs). We have two different grades of Reprocor: a 6mm and an 8mm grade.

Q. Are the signs double sided?
Yes all of our signs are double sided, except for Models SS-1, SS-2, SS-3 (Single Sided Panels) and Models CD-1, CD-2, CD-3 (Cardboard Signs).

Q. How do I know where to put the grommets/holes?
When measuring your grommets/holes, you want to give us one measurement. You must measure from the center of one hole to the center of the other hole. You will also want to specify whether you want grommets at the top or top and bottom of your signs or riders.

Q. What is the best way to use Car Magnet Signs?
We suggest that the vehicle in which the Car Magnet Sign is being used is clean, and enough of an area to be visible. We also suggest you take the magnet off overnight, to prevent damage to the vehicle.


Q. How much will shipping cost total?
Shipping is based on the package size, weight, quantity of cartons and your address zip code. After you place your order we will figure the shipping cost and fax you a confirmation, or you can give us a call to get the amount.

Q. How do you ship the orders? The majority of the orders are shipped via Fedex Ground. When shipping to Hawaii we generally ship USPS Priority three day.

Q. Do I have to sign for my package? All shipped orders require a signature.

Q. Can I change my shipping method? As long as you request a shipping change before it ships, we can accommodate. Please note that it costs more to ship to a residential address.
